Der erste Kontakt lief gut. Aber danach hat das Autohaus sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Was auch nicht korrekt ist das in der Anzeige kein Wort davon stand das das Fahrzeug schon einen instand gesetzten Schaden hatte und das auch ein Hagelschaden vorhanden gewesen war. Dieses wurde nur durch gezieltes fragen in Erfahrung gebracht.

negative experience. I negotiated with them for days for a car (offer N.-16802-2-ECP) for sale with Stefan Brucks, I also send my personal documents and at the time of the contract disappears and does not respond with various excuses and then says that there Car is no longer on sale because the engine is broken! I find the same car for sale with the same photos from an Italian dealer, which I decide to contact which he tells me that the car is perfect. I tell the incident and tells me that the car did not want to sell it to me because I was a private individual but after telling me that the car had the engine tells me to try another on their site. I find these gentlemen incorrect and unreliable as well as liars. All this is demonstrable with written chat. I will contact BMW Germany customer service to tell them about your terrible way of working.
