As a family who regularly travels between Switzerland, Monaco, and Barcelona, we were used to flying by private jet and helicopter. Over time, however, this became increasingly inconvenient – too many dependencies, too little flexibility. On recommendation, we discovered the company Klassen. After an excellent consultation with Mr. Paul Klassen, we decided on a custom-built Luxury VIP Sprinter, also known as a Jet Van – offering the highest level of comfort, technology, and design. Since then, we’ve been using this vehicle for our journeys across Europe – comfortable, discreet, and significantly more efficient than our previous options. We especially appreciate the thoughtfully designed interior, including a built-in toilet, which adds an extra layer of convenience on the road. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly impressed us.

We recently purchased a luxurious V-Class from Klassen and are truly very satisfied! From the very first contact to the final handover of the vehicle, we were excellently supported by Ms. Wirsum. Her professional, friendly, and solution-oriented approach made the entire purchasing process absolutely smooth and pleasant. The vehicle itself exceeds our expectations. In our work – providing exclusive transportation for international guests in Estonia – we have already used vehicles from brands like Maybach and Rolls-Royce. However, none of them have highlighted the quality of our service as impressively as the V-Class from Klassen. The design, comfort, and technical features are all of the highest standard. The feedback from our guests has been consistently positive. We have decided to gradually equip our entire fleet with vehicles from this manufacturer. Dieses Unternehmen liefert keine Autos von der Stange, sondern individuelle Fahrzeuge mit Format. Schon beim ersten Gespräch war klar: Hier wird nicht verkauft, hier wird verstanden. Keine leeren Phrasen, keine Spielchen – nur Klarheit, Kompetenz und echtes Interesse am Kunden. Der Sprinter, den ich gekauft habe, ist nicht nur technisch und optisch auf Top-Niveau – er ist durchdacht bis ins Detail, kompromisslos ausgestattet und bereit, im Alltag wie im Business zu performen. Was mir besonders wichtig ist: Geschwindigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und ein Gegenüber, das mein Zeitverständnis teilt. Die Abwicklung? Schnell, sauber, ohne Schleifen. Wer Standard sucht, ist hier falsch. Wer Anspruch hat, wird hier fündig. Danke an Frau Wirsum und das Team.

Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon, schlechte bis gar keine Kundenbetreuung. Es kam kein richtiges Gespräch zustande, da kaum was verstanden wurde. Im Endeffekt entstand der ein Eindruck, dass dieses Autohaus es nicht nötig hat, teurere Autos zu verkaufen oder über Telefon mehr Informationen als die dürftigen auf der Website zu geben. Es kauft heutzutage anscheinend noch fast jeder einen Wagen für über 85.000€.
