Ich wurde beim Autokauf sehr gut und ehrlich beraten und habe mich von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und offen, sodass man jederzeit offen und ehrlich sprechen konnte. Der gesamte Ablauf – vom Kauf bis zur Inzahlungnahme meines Autos – verlief absolut problemlos und unkompliziert. Ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit allem und kann diesen Händler uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Haben mir ein Auto verkauft wo der Service erstmal fällig war, und den wollten sie mir am abholtag noch machen für 500 Euro ! Absolut schlecht organisiert. Man gibt ein Auto raus wo erstmal die Warnzeichen aufleuchten.

Les escribí por e-mail,pedí información,la cual me respondieron muy profesionalmente y luego les hice una oferta por el Corvette,aunque no llegamos a cerrar el trato,toda la negociación estuvo bien. Por cierto veo que no lo han vendido aún!!! Mi oferta sigue en pie!!! Saludos desde Mallorca.

Communication with them was very difficult; I had to send 2-3 emails and call them 2-3 times to get a response. The ad mentioned a 5-year warranty, but when I asked for a certificate to see it, I was told to ask my Land Rover dealer!?!?!? Obviously, JLR says that WHOEVER sells the car must have all the car's documents. I tried to ask twice more, both by phone and by email, "send me the car's warranty certificate by mail," and once they replied that they are independent dealers and don't have all this information. But I wonder if they wrote on their website that the car has a 5-year warranty, where did they get this information from if you have no documents to prove it??? After that, I never received any other response from them and I give up. I'm tired of "begging" them to show something that they should be able to provide to the customer without any fuss. On the end, I gave up on their car and went looking elsewhere.
