Horrible, One week to have a service book copy, M. SCHULGINN Joshua told me there is an ‘’ option ‘’ 4 days after my 1st mail … finally he WRITE me that it was OK : I send him ID & Company docs. He told me that I will received the contract the day after… Nothing, I called a new time, He tell me that the Firm Owner will send it to me in the afternoon and send me an email to tell me that the car was SOLD … I have never seen a NON Professional like this since 15 years …
