Herr Schütz ist sehr sympatischer, hilfsbereiter und bemühter CarCoach! Wir haben uns bei unserem Autokauf nicht nur gut beraten, sondern auch wohl gefühlt. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Übergabe hat alles im geplanten Zeitraum und ohne Probleme funktioniert. Im Beratungsgespräch - was hier eher zutrifft als "Verkaufsgespräch" - wurden uns alle Fragen beantwortet und wir haben viele Fragen gestellt und das Kleingedruckte gelesen. Zu jeder Zeit hatten wir auch das Gefühl von echter Transparenz. Das fing dabei an, dass die Stühle so stehen, dass man mit auf den Bildschirm schauen kann und zeigte sich auch danach, weil wirklich jede Kleinigkeit die mal gewesen war proaktiv genannt wurde - das schafft Vertrauen. Ich hoffe, dass andere die gleiche positive Erfahrung machen werden. Vorher hatten wir noch gedacht, ob das wohl ein Scam-Anbieter ist, weil er noch null Bewertungen hatte, aber haben uns einfach mal das Auto vor Ort angeschaut und uns überzeugen lassen. Wir freuen uns hier unser erstes eigenes Auto gekauft zu haben und können es nur empfehlen!

In buying this car I was followed by Daniel Schütz. He has been really nice. Always available for any question, always open to understand my needs. And even after I got the car (in the time expected, without any delay), he was always available for answering last minute questions. Just to be fully honest, I have a couple of complaints. The first is for the offered financing. The bank it (MeinAuto) is associated for the financing applies extremely high rates. Be aware to accept a financing from them. I can understand the current situation of the market, but to me having a financing of 15000 Euro in 3 years and leaving 10000 Euro to the bank only for covering the interests and 5000 to cover the car is a theft. After having accepted the financing, I did some computations by myself and discovered the trick. I suggest to Daniel to make any future customer aware of this, and suggest the MeinAuto dealer to contact other banks for providing financings (this is the reason behind the 3 stars I gave for the Offer description, which has nothing to do with the description of the car that was perfect). The second is related to the low value that my old car was evaluated by the dealer (not directly by Daniel). I was in a hurry so I have accepted it. But if you are not in a hurry, you should try to sell your car by yourself. Despite of these situations, I was satisfied in particular by Daniel. And by the car!
