Not a pleasant experience. Wasted the whole day on this company as wanted to buy a car with export within EU and in the end they DO NOT know or want to apply the EU law and requested to pay the German VAT. Expecting from an official dealer to have more experience or to know the law. If you offer VAT deductible in your advertisements, then follow the EU law and do not invent your own rules. Disappointed. Never expected this situation and request from an official car dealer in Germany. UPDATE: after contacting the manager , he confirmed VAT must be deducted and we can proceed. But, one hour later, the advertisement disappear and they stopped answering any communication. Not only we had to found the manager and contact him, but also not receive any answer anymore.

Service für ein Royal Händler mangelhaft
Das Auto stand mind. 2 Monate an der gleichen Position, da es ungewaschen, voller Baumblätter und verstaubt war. Lange Wartezeit draußen (gut dass es nicht geregnet hat). Eine Probefahrt sei in diesem Haus bei einem Gebrauchtwagen nicht möglich?! Die Verkaufsaussage zur Beschleunigung "Da sind noch andere potentielle Käufer (einer direkt nach meinem Termin) und ich habe nur für Sie einen Termin noch dazwischen geschoben..." bekommt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack, wenn das Auto nach 5 Tagen immer noch im Netz zum Verkauf steht.
