Zustand
Der SYNCRO fährt sich als wäre er erst ein paar Jahre alt. Alles funktioniert, als wäre er gerade erst eingefahren. Er ist sauber, ungeschweisst (soweit ich das beuurteilen kann) und rundum in einem einzigartigen Zustand.
(der SYNCRO stand jetzt zwei Jahre in einer Halle und sprang mit der ersten Umdrehung an. Am nächsten Tag hat er neuen TÜV bekommen. Anmerkungen: 1. Handbremse nachstellen 2. Standgas zu niedrig)
Wert
Ich habe den SYNCRO vor über 10 Jahren gekauft. Schon damals haben einige Leute gesagt, ich hätte zuviel bezahlt. Heute ist sein Wert noch mal deutlich (!) gestiegen. Kurz, der SYNCRO ist nicht nur ein Traumwagen, sondern auch eine echte Wertanlage. (die teuren T2s liegen mittlerweile bei über 80.000 - und da gab es keine SYNCROs...)
Seitdem ich den SYNCRO gekauft habe, beobachte ich den Markt. In der Zeit gab es vielleicht zwei oder dreimal einen richtig guten. Aber nie einen mit Hochdach.
Motor
Der Wagen springt mit Kaltstart sofort an. Er fährt wie eine Eins. Leider weiss ich die genau Laufleistung nicht. Aber, wie haben noch einen anderen SYNCRO (in Portugal) - und der hat neulich einen neuen Motor bekommen. Und so fährt auch dieser Wagen.
Ausstattung
Alles ist original, nichts verbastelt. Der Wagen hat sogar noch die Chemie-Toilette (wers mag...)!
Komplette Camping-Austattung, mit Kühlschrank und Herd. Servo-Lenkung, grüner Plakette für die Innenstadbereiche, Standheizung und Anhängerkupplung.
Und eine Wegfahrsperre!
Ausserdem gibt eine Ladung Zusatz- und Ersatzteile, die davon zeugen, mit vieviel Sorgfalt der SYNCRO gepflegt wurde. Unter anderem: eine Ersatzscheibe vorne oben (inkl Gummi)
Warum wird er verkauft?
Wir haben uns den SYNCRO vor 10 Jahren anstelle eines Hauses auf dem Land gekauft. Sind an Seen gefahren und haben dort auch oft übernachtet. Oder im Wald. Oder am Meer.
Mittlerweile haben wir ein Haus am Waldesrand. Und der SYNCRO stand zwei Jahre in einer Halle.
Mängel?
Es gibt keinen T3 ohne Rost. Der SYNCRO hat ein paar kleine Stellen. Oben am Hochdach. Bei einer Seitenscheibe hinten. Vorne hinter der Stossstange. Keine der Stellen ist durchgerostet! Ich habe sie entrostet und versiegelt.
Sperren
Der SYNCRO hat die Sperre für die hintere und die vordere Achse. Die dritte Sperre kann ohne grossen Aufwand nachgerüstet werden. Kostenpunkt circa 2000,00. Kann ich nach Absprache gerne machen lassen.

Condition
The SYNCRO drives as if it were only a few years old. Everything works as if it had just been broken in. It is clean, unwelded (as far as I can tell) and in unique condition all around.
(The SYNCRO has been standing in a hall for two years and started up with the first turn of the key. It passed its MOT the next day. Comments: 1. Handbrake needs adjusting 2. Idle speed too low)
Value
I bought the SYNCRO over 10 years ago. Even back then, some people said I had paid too much. Today, its value has risen significantly (!). In short, the SYNCRO is not only a dream car, but also a real investment. (The expensive T2s are now priced at over $80,000—and there were no SYNCROs...)
Since I bought the SYNCRO, I have been watching the market. In that time, there have been maybe two or three really good ones. But never one with a high roof.
Engine
The car starts immediately with a cold start. It drives like a dream. Unfortunately, I don't know the exact mileage. But we have another SYNCRO (in Portugal) – and it recently got a new engine. And this car drives just as well.
Features
Everything is original, nothing has been tampered with. The car even still has the chemical toilet (if you like that sort of thing...)!
Complete camping equipment, with refrigerator and stove. Power steering, green sticker for inner city areas, auxiliary heating and trailer coupling.
And an immobilizer!
There is also a load of additional and replacement parts, which testify to how carefully the SYNCRO has been maintained. Among other things: a replacement front windscreen (including rubber)
Why is it being sold?
We bought the SYNCRO 10 years ago instead of a house in the country. We drove to lakes and often stayed there overnight. Or in the forest. Or by the sea.
We now have a house on the edge of the forest. And the SYNCRO stood in a hall for two years.
Any defects?
There is no T3 without rust. The SYNCRO has a few small spots. At the top of the high roof. On a rear side window. At the front behind the bumper. None of the spots are rusted through! I have derusted and sealed them.
Locks
The SYNCRO has locks for the rear and front axles. The third lock can be retrofitted without much effort. Cost: approximately $2,000. I can have this done upon request.
